1. About FindPly
FindPly is a B2B marketplace platform that helps Buyers discover products and Suppliers, place and manage orders, and coordinate the supply workflow.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. FindPly may refuse, suspend or restrict an account where it reasonably believes that information is false, the platform is being misused, or these Terms or applicable law have been breached.
3. Buyers and Suppliers
FindPly provides the platform and workflow connecting Buyers and Suppliers. A purchase of goods is a transaction between the relevant Buyer and Supplier. Suppliers are responsible for the products they list, availability, quantities confirmed, quality, conformity, delivery performance and applicable legal requirements. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of their order, delivery information and information provided to a Supplier.
4. Orders and delivery
An order entered through FindPly is a request for goods from the Supplier. The Supplier may review and confirm availability and quantities before preparation and shipment. FindPly manages the platform workflow but does not take title to goods and does not itself guarantee the quality, quantity, conformity or timely delivery of goods supplied by a Supplier. Issues concerning goods, quantities, quality, delays or delivery are primarily matters between the Buyer and Supplier, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Where FindPly offers paid plans or subscriptions, the applicable price, currency, trial period and billing terms will be shown before payment or renewal. Free trials may be changed or withdrawn for future accounts. FindPly may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice where required by law. Payments may be processed through third-party providers.
6. Platform use
You must not use FindPly to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate orders or payments, impersonate another person or business, or interfere with the platform. FindPly may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or development.
7. Intellectual property
The FindPly name, logo, interface, software, text and other platform content are owned by or licensed to FindPly and may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. Users retain rights in content they submit while granting FindPly the limited rights necessary to operate the service.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
FindPly is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, FindPly does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy or suitability of third-party information, products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Privacy
Your use of FindPly is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
FindPly may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
